Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nuraba mobile application ("App") operated by Nuraba ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Nuraba is a 90-day Islamic habits tracking application designed to help users build and maintain spiritual practices. The App allows you to track your Salah (prayers), Dhikr (remembrance), and Sunnah practices. The App also includes Quran reading features and progress analytics.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nuraba and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App without our prior written consent.

User Data

You retain ownership of any data you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you. For more information about how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Free Service

The App is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance and will not affect your access to features that were free at the time you started using them without prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

The App is intended to assist with spiritual habit tracking and is not a substitute for religious guidance from qualified scholars or religious leaders.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NURABA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
